Back in 1980, after 10 years
in Sales and Sales Management, and then 5 years with one
of the UKs foremost sales & marketing recruitment consultancies - Tim
founded The Amatt Partnership and by 1983 had won
"Preferred Recruiter" status with owners of big brands
such as Elastoplast,
Nivea, Gillette, Cadbury-Schweppes,
Covonia and the Care brand.
Within two years, having added two consultants to the team,
The Amatt Partnership added to its client list
companies such as
Sterling Health, GSK, Swarovsky, Boots, Coty,
Sekonda, Britvic, Alberto, Coca-Cola, Max Factor, Papermate,
Kimberly Clark, Bass, Silentnight, Cussons, Hilti,
Charles Letts, Teachers Whisky, Pernod Ricard, Gallo
Wines, Peter Lehmann Wines......and many, many more
companies in market sectors that included Construction, Drinks, Toiletries,
Pharmaceuticals, Printing, Advertising, Luxury goods etc.
