







After 10 years in Sales and Sales Management, followed by 5 years with one of the UKs foremost recruitment consultancies - latterly as Director, Tim founded The Amatt Partnership in 1980 and very quickly won "Preferred Recruiter" status with the owners of big brands such as Elastoplast, Nivea, Gillette and Cadbury-Schweppes. Within two years, having added two consultants to the team, The Amatt Partnership became "preferred agency" with names such as Sterling Health, Beechams, Swarovsky, Boots, Coty, Sekonda, Britvic, Alberto, Coca-Cola, Max Factor, Papermate, Kimberly Clark, Bass, Silentnight, Cussons......and many, many more companies in Drinks, Toiletries, Pharmaceuticals, Printing, Advertising, Luxury goods etc.
